By creating an account or using ChefAI Systems you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
ChefAI Systems is a hospitality management platform: point of sale, kitchen, inventory, bookings, staff, finance, marketing and AI tools. We may reasonably improve or modify features.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you enter (customer and staff data, prices, allergens, public site content) and for keeping your credentials and PINs confidential. You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, spam, infringement of third-party rights or attempts to access other businesses' data.
AI features (recipes, marketing copy, analysis, forecasts, suggested rosters, document scanning and automated social replies) generate automated output that may contain errors. They are suggestions, not professional, financial, employment or legal advice. You must review and approve outputs before applying them (prices, rosters, customer replies). ChefAI Systems does not guarantee business results from their use.
The platform and its software are owned by ChefAI Systems or its licensors. Documents, images and data you upload remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process them to provide the service. AI outputs generated from your data are yours to use in your business, subject to the AI providers' terms.
AI features and certain add-ons are paid with ChefAI Systems tokens purchased via Stripe. Token prices for each tool are shown before use and may be updated. Tokens are not money, are non-transferable and bear no interest. Refunds are handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law; nothing in these terms excludes guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded. Restaurant customers' payments are processed through the restaurant's own accounts (Stripe, Mercado Pago or PayPal); ChefAI Systems may apply a platform fee disclosed in the app.
Integrations (payments, POS, social media, calendar, suppliers) are also governed by each third party's terms. ChefAI Systems is not responsible for outages or changes in those services.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, non-payment, misuse or risk to the platform or other users, with reasonable notice where possible. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time from "My Account".
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Where the law allows, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or the amount paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or decisions made on AI outputs without human review. Nothing limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Queensland.
